Wellness Mini-Retreat

This wellness retreat includes:

• Mindful Eating Class
• Relaxing Coconut Whispers Special Ritual
• Private 30-minute Nutrition Coaching session
• Rejuvenating Yoga and/or Pilates classes
• Ceviche cooking class
• Healthy breakfast.
• Available Thursday-Sunday on specific weeks.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event are 100% penalized.
