• Our room rates include daily breakfast a la carte. The hotel has two restaurants on site with a la carte menus. *Sublime Samana is NOT an all inclusive resort.

• We offer complimentary secured self parking at Sublime Samana for those driving from Santo Domingo or renting a car. 
• Complimentary shuttle service to Las Terrenas is available twice a day (morning and afternoon) during Winter Season (Holiday Season to Easter). Please check with our Concierge for exact times and details. 
• Taxi service to Las Terrenas can be easily arranged by our Concierge. The trip is between 15-20 minutes and costs US$20 each way.

Sublime Samana Hotel is a family friendly resort. We have a Kids Menu in our restaurants and offer Babysitting services for parents looking to have a night off during vacation. Babysitting is US$15 per hour per child (max. 2 kids per nanny) and must be requested 24 hours in advance. 

While we do not have a Kids Club, we offer kid friendly activities including tennis, basketball, bicycles, non-motorized water sports, ping pong table, board games, and outdoor cinema nights. For special occasions like Christmas, Easter and Halloween our Concierge organizes fun activities for children. 

Children policy for accommodations:

• Baby 0-2, no charge. Complimentary cribs available upon request, subject to availability. 
• One Bedroom Suites: Up to 2 children, 12 years or younger, are complimentary.
• Children exceeding base occupancy in all room categories, except One Bedroom Suites, must pay the extra person fee. Children 13 years and older are considered adults.

As much as we love fur babies, Sublime Samana Hotel & Residences does not accept pets.

In order to offer our guests and owners the exclusivity of our facilities for a greater enjoyment of the beauty and facilities available, Sublime Samana Hotel & Residences does not sell a Day Pass. However, non-guests interested in trying our spa services can access our Coconut Whispers Spa with a previously confirmed reservation.

Hotel guests who wish to invite external visitors must inform Reception in advance as it has to be approved by the General Management. Once registered, external guests can enjoy our restaurants and bar, as well as the spa; however, they may not use our pools or beach club and are not allowed inside guest rooms.
