2 down, 2 to go!
Our Summer Food Fest has been an amazing celebration of cultures, new friends, old friends, music and of course, food!
Each event has been completely unique and inspired by the cuisine of different parts of the world, with each menu carefully curated by the talented chef Paulette Tejada.
Of course, not only the food has been amazing, there have been fun activities for everyone encompassing the spirit of the culture we are celebrating each weekend!
“Summer Food Fest has been a wonderful opportunity to share our gastronomy and culture with the world”– Chef Paulette Tejada
Mexican Fiesta (May 27 – 29):
Fresh margaritas by the beach and delicious street tacos were just the start for this exciting weekend.
A DJ complimented the ambiance with music to get you in the mood and for our little ones, the beach cinema played “Coco” while sweets and popcorn were the perfect snack.
To end the perfect weekend, our Sunday Brunch, that is open to the public, delighted everyone with an array of international dishes.
Iberic Fusion: (June 24 – 26):
Dominican tapas and a Sangria bar? Sounds like the perfect combination to spend a weekend in paradise!
But wait, that’s not all… Not only was the Iberic menu full of delicious dishes like the traditional Paella or the Galician Octopus, the star of the event was our amazing Churro Stand!
“Ferdinand the Bull” played in our beach cinema at sunset and everyone had a marvelous time.
Now, we still have 2 amazing weekends to go:
Pacific Nights (July 22-24)
This weekend will feature an adventurous spirit with S’mores at night by the fire, a chance at becoming the ultimate island chef with our Cooking classes ceviche 101 and building your own perfect poke bowl.
Caribbean Living (August 19-21)
Picture this: a Barbecue at the beach is waiting for you, while you are enjoying the sunshine eating shaved ice, popsicles and fresh coconuts.
Everyone is having a great time with music, drinks and dancing and, to end the perfect time, you learn how to roll your own cigar at our cigar rolling station.
Life is good.
That’s exactly what our Caribbean Living weekend is all about, not worrying about the time and enjoying the here and now with the people we love.
Our Sunday Brunch that is limited to the duration of the festival, is open every sunday to external visitors with a special international menu curated by the talented Chef Paulette Tejeda.
