Sublime Samana Hotel & Residences is pleased to announce the appointment of Stefano Silvestri as the new General Manager. With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Stefano started with entry-level positions at the renown Savoy and Berkeley hotels in London, later moving up through management positions in high-end properties such as Casa de Campo in La Romana and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana. He has consistently proven himself as a leader having held various positions as General Manager, Director of Operations, Customer Relations Director and Management Consultant.
Stefano comes at a pivotal moment with the hotel set to present a new Culinary team, gastronomic offers and new menus at both restaurants. As he steps into the role of General Manager, he will be leading the team around him to follow his vision of always providing exceptional and personalized customer service as part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Even though Stefano is Italian, he has called the Dominican Republic home for more than 30 years and looks forward to continuing his professional career in our little piece of paradise.
